Terms of Service
Effective October 5, 2026.
These terms govern your use of SkillHey at skillhey.com, including its skill library, accounts and paid plans. By using the service or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Contact the SkillHey team at [email protected] with questions.
Accounts and eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms and make purchases. Keep your Google account and SkillHey session secure, provide accurate account information, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Plans and payments
Prices, currency and included features are shown on the pricing page. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at their respective intervals until canceled. Founding lifetime is a one-time purchase with lifetime access to the included paid collections and no recurring charges. Creem acts as merchant of record and processes payments; its Buyer Terms also apply. The final total, including applicable taxes and discounts, is shown at checkout. Paid access is activated after payment is confirmed.

Managing and canceling subscriptions
Sign in, open Billing and choose Manage subscription to use the Creem customer portal. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund or another applicable account change ends it earlier. Lifetime plans do not renew.
3-day refund policy
You can request a full refund within 3 days of payment.
Email us with your order ID and the email address used for your purchase.
Approved refunds are processed through Creem to your original payment method.
This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Skills and licenses
The 20 starter skills are provided under the MIT license. Other content is governed by the license supplied with it. Downloading or purchasing a skill does not transfer copyright ownership. These terms do not restrict rights granted by an applicable open-source license.
Community submissions
Submit only original work you have the right to publish. By submitting a skill, you agree to publish accepted content under the MIT license and allow SkillHey to review, display and distribute it with your author name. Your contact email is not published.
Acceptable use
Do not use SkillHey for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, distributing malicious content, bypassing access controls or disrupting the service. Respect the rights of other users and content authors.
External tools and service availability
Skills run in your chosen agent and tools, which have their own terms and fees. Review instructions and generated output before use. We do not guarantee compatibility with every tool, specific results or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, serious misuse, security threats or legal requirements. Contact us about an access restriction or to request account deletion. Any billing adjustment or refund remains subject to the refund policy and applicable law.

How we handle account information, payments and analytics is described in our privacy notice.
Changes to these terms
Updated terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not alter the price of an already completed payment. Material changes affecting an existing paid plan will be communicated before they apply, as required by applicable law.
