How this skill works
1. Identify substantive answers the user may act on
Check whether the answer contains advice, projections or an artifact the user may act on.
2. Ask two or three questions tied to the actual answer
Find concrete claims, assumptions or missing information in that answer.
3. Respect exclusions and use the nudge at most once per conversation
Append two or three short questions tied to those points when the skill's boundaries allow it.
