Huashu Art Motion showcase: a woman and cat pictured in multiple art styles.
Project screenshotsAbout this Skill
Huashu Art Motion guides a coding agent from reference analysis and a shot list to animated scenes, rendering, quality checks and MP4 delivery. It includes implemented art styles, additional research recipes and nine explainer grammars; eight have parameterized examples. Adapt a style to a new subject rather than copying demo compositions or characters.
Why we picked it
A code-based workflow for animated art and explainers: analyze references, plan shots, render scenes and deliver a video. The Skill instructions are primarily in Chinese.
What it helps with
- Create animated scenes inspired by artistic movements or painting techniques.
- Build explainer clips from a narration script, including diagrams, whiteboard sequences or charts.
- Analyze a reference animation for cuts, beat timing and motion before building a new work.
From reference to animation
Analyze and plan
Break down a reference where useful, then choose a visual direction and write a shot list with actions, timing and camera moves.
Build and render
Use the editable engine, style recipes or parameterized explainer clips to compose and render the shots. Supply your own assets where needed.
Inspect and deliver
Review stills and the finished film, run the supplied checks and delivery gate, and retain the project for revisions.
Installation and requirements
Install the upstream Skill with its supporting files. The author documents optional speech and image integrations separately; basic code animation does not require an image or voice account.

Demo assets and licenses
The author’s character artwork and character-containing showcase media are provided for this project’s demonstrations, not under the general MIT grant. Other bundled components retain their own licenses; review the upstream terms before reuse.
Before you use it
- Requires uv, FFmpeg and Playwright Chromium; the included scripts and animation engine must remain available with the Skill.
- The Skill text is primarily Chinese. Narration, generated character frames and image tools are optional and depend on the user’s assets, tools and permissions.
- Code and documentation use MIT; bundled fonts and stroke data have separate licenses, and the author’s character artwork and related demo assets are for project demonstration only.
