The author's Nuwa animation turns mental models into a perspective SKILL.md.
Project screenshotsAbout this Skill
Nuwa is an MIT-licensed Agent Skill by Huashu. Give it a person, topic or need, and its instructions guide an agent through research, extraction of mental models and decision heuristics, construction of a SKILL.md, and independent review. The repository also includes 14 person perspectives and one X/Twitter mentor workflow; those entrypoints are listed individually below.
Why we picked it
A useful starting point for creating a thinking advisor from source material. The workflow separates research, model extraction and validation, and records limitations alongside each perspective. Start with a specific person, use case and research budget, or choose one of the included examples.

What it helps with
- Create a thinking advisor from a public figure's writings, interviews and decisions.
- Turn supplied source material or a topic's methods into reusable Agent instructions.
- Compare a product, learning or business problem through an included perspective.
From a name to a reusable perspective
Choose the subject and scope
Provide a person or topic, or explain the problem so the agent can recommend a perspective. Add your source material and research budget.
Research and extract
The standard workflow divides research into writings, conversations, expression, external views, decisions and a timeline, then tests candidate mental models for recurrence, predictive usefulness and distinctiveness.
Build and review
Write the perspective SKILL.md with models, heuristics, expression patterns, anti-patterns and limitations. Review known answers, unfamiliar questions and voice, then refine the instructions.
Installation and included examples
The examples directory contains separately named person and topic Skills. To install one manually, copy its complete folder, including any referenced files, into your Agent's Skills root. Separate catalog pages identify those entrypoints; the Nuwa cover is shared and is not a separate demonstration of each example.

A first request
Create a Paul Graham perspective Skill focused on evaluating early product ideas. Use the essays I provide first, start with a quick research scope, and show the sources and limitations before finalizing the instructions.
Limitations and the animated cover
A perspective represents an interpretation of documented material. It cannot reproduce the person's private thoughts, intuition or later changes. The source's validation claims describe the author's process; SkillHey reviewed the instructions and media without performing a new distillation run.
The animated cover is the author's assets/hero.gif, compressed to animated WebP for display. Its 18-second duration and infinite loop are retained.

Before you use it
- Use an Agent Skills-compatible runtime with file access, web research and support for independent research or review agents. Adapt the upstream Claude-specific paths to your runtime when needed.
- Keep the root SKILL.md together with its references and scripts. Subtitle and research helpers may require Python and their documented tools.
- The source is free; model usage and research services have their own costs. Choose a quick, standard or deep research scope before a full run.
